Services:
FIRST AID First aid stations are located in the Plaza Concourse at section 111 and in the Terrace Concourse at section 313. Certified medical professionals are available at these stations during all events to assist guests with medical needs. Guests in need of emergency first aid should contact the nearest American Airlines Center employee for medical assistance.
OTHER SERVICES American Airlines Center offers other convenient services including wheelchair assistance, lost and found, and stroller and wheelchair check-in. These services can be obtained by contacting a Guest Services representative.
POLICIES
Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside American Airlines Center. There are designated smoking areas outside the building.
Cameras Restrictions on the use of still and video cameras vary by event. The event producer determines this policy. Some sporting events permit still cameras without flash, but not recording devices. Concerts typically do not permit any cameras or recording devices (audio or video). Guests should contact an American Airlines Center representative at 214-222-3687 to find out the policy prior to the event.
Prohibited Items Guests are not allowed to bring certain items into American Airlines Center including; bottles or cans, food or beverages, weapons or firearms, coolers or containers, fireworks, illegal substances, frisbees, beach balls and laser pointers, etc.
Ticket Scalping The resale of American Airlines Center admission tickets is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Re-Entry For most events at American Airlines Center, re-entry is allowed at certain exits. You may contact an American Airlines Center representative at 214-222-3687 to find out if re-entry is prohibited for the event you are attending.
Guest Courtesy In order to maintain an enjoyable and safe environment, we request that all guests be courteous to those around them and abide by all building policies and regulations. Guests who engage in inappropriate behavior will be removed from the building.
Metal Detectors Walk-through metal detectors are in use at every public entrance and cause no harm to people with medical conditions.

Food & Drink Outside food and drink is prohibited from entering the building.
