Pepperdine University is a university located in Malibu, California. Founded in 1937, Pepperdine University is an independent university affliated with Church of Christ.
Pepperdine offers bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and first professional degrees. The university is organized into five colleges: Seaver College, the School of Law, the School of Public Policy, and the Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
Its campus is located at Malibu on the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Malibu Canyon Road. In 2001 there were 3,153 undergraduate students, of which 7% were international, and 48% of these students lives on campus. 87% of 2001 full-time freshmen returned. Only %2 are transferred students.
