DOORS OPEN
Doors to Savvis Center open one hour prior to most events. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for easy access to seats and services.
GUEST SERVICES CENTER
The Savvis Center Guest Services Center is located on the north side of the Plaza Concourse outside section 118 and is staffed by individuals specially trained to respond to all types of guest inquiries and/or suggestions, including questions, problems, lost children and lost/found articles. Event calendars, team schedules, parking brochures and other information are also available in the Guest Services Center.

PRIORITY MESSAGE SERVICE
Thanks to Verizon Wireless, the official wireless service provider of Savvis Center and the St. Louis Blues, guests visiting Savvis Center may receive emergency messages and return important calls without leaving their seats. To use our priority message service, just leave your seat location and the Verizon Wireless Priority Message Service number, 622-5431, with those who may need to reach you in an emergency. Should an emergency call be received for you, a Verizon Wireless telephone will be brought to your seat so that you may return the call. Don't know your seat location in advance? Just stop by the Guest Services Center outside Section 118 on the plaza concourse and register your seat location upon your arrival. If an emergency call comes in for you, we'll look up your seat location and bring a telephone to you. Enjoy peace of mind, knowing you can be easily reached in an emergency, thanks to Verizon Wireless.
AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINES
There are three UMB Bank automatic teller machines (ATMs) located inside Savvis Center for your convenience. They are located on the atrium near the Box Office at the Main Entrance, on the south side of the plaza level outside section 102/103, and on the south side of the mezzanine level outside section 302.
RESTROOMS
Savvis Center features an equal number of men's and women's rooms located throughout the plaza and mezzanine levels. Unisex family restrooms are located on the plaza level outside section 118/119 and on the mezanine level outside section 324/325.
