SBC Center
Concessions
The SBC Center has contracted ARAMARK to handle general concession needs within the venue. ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment currently provides concessions and retail sales needs throughout the United States. The company services amphitheaters, convention centers, national and state parks, professional sports stadiums and arenas, and zoos. Aramark will service permanent food and beverage concession locations on various levels of the SBC Center (nine on the main, entry level and five on the Balcony level There will also be 28 portable retail outlets (10 on the main, entry level and 18 on the Balcony level). Traditional items will include hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, peanuts, popcorn, candy, ice cream and soda. Novelties
ARAMARK will handle retail/novelty merchandising for the SBC Center. This includes all merchandise (souvenirs, novelties, books, records and other items) sales and operations, management and marketing. Portable vending stands will also be arranged to handle highly visible novelty and program sales. All outlets will be strategically located to maximize exposure to guests. All locations for merchandising must be approved in advance by SBC Center and the fire marshal. The SBC Center retains the exclusive right to sell its own souvenir products during all events.
Premium Dining
Levy Restaurants will serve as the SBC Center's premium dining provider. Chicago-based Levy Restaurants is a privately held company that operates a diverse range of 58 food service locations, including 21 restaurants, and 37 sports and entertainment destinations in 22 markets across the country and in Canada.
